Description:
* The UAT Test Lead is responsible for managing quality assurance processes, testing strategies, and validation efforts within enterprise technology projects.
* This role involves planning and overseeing testing activities, working with teams across multiple locations, and ensuring seamless integration and data validation.
* The position requires collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure that test strategies align with business needs and project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement testing strategies for functional, integration, and data validation processes.
* Lead the quality assurance functions within enterprise programs, ensuring that testing meets customer and stakeholder expectations.
* Define objectives and manage various testing phases, including unit testing, functional QA, integration, regression, user acceptance, and end-to-end validation.
* Identify and address gaps in testing processes and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
* Oversee a team of test analysts, providing guidance, prioritization, and performance feedback.
* Establish and enforce quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
* Collaborate with development, architecture, and project leadership teams to align QA efforts with business goals.
* Ensure test teams adhere to established standards, recommending improvements as needed.
* Advocate for enhancements that improve overall business and customer experience.
Required Skills:
* 10 years of experience in testing leadership roles across multiple testing phases.
* Proven experience in implementing quality assurance strategies and managing complex data testing efforts.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
* Experience in defining and implementing project processes related to testing.
* Ability to manage testing deliverables, schedules, budgets, and required personnel.
* Proficiency in agile and waterfall delivery frameworks.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Desired Skills:
* Experience with enterprise technology applications, including ERP, CRM, and billing systems.
* Exposure to working with on-prem and cloud-based solutions.
* Experience leading distributed testing teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
* Hands-on experience with test management tools and scripting languages.
* Understanding of configuration management and build management procedures.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Industry experience in regulated environments is a plus.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $56.35-$80.50 Per HR
