Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead and drive revenue growth.
• This role is focused on building and scaling a sales team, establishing and growing sales pipelines, and contributing to the overall business success.
• The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in sales leadership, a proven ability to generate and close deals, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales efforts to grow annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Develop and execute strategies to build a robust sales pipeline, leveraging inbound leads, outbound efforts, and channel partnerships.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events to build relationships and expand the sales network.
• Foster a performance-driven culture within the sales team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on revenue goals and objectives.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in technology sales, including SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
• Background in working with startups or similar high-growth environments.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of scaling sales teams and achieving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a results-oriented, high-energy role.
  
  

Desired Skills

• Experience building and managing channel partnerships.
• Strong presence and ability to effectively represent the organization at events.
  
  

Compensation

Pay Range: $210000-$300000
