One of our client is seeking for a IBHS Clinical Supervisor

SUMMARY :
Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Supervisor will provide supervision to all workforce members that provide individual services, which includes in-person, on-site, and case reviews to ensure a high quality of care.
The IBHS Supervisor will also oversee case documentation and collaborate care both internally and externally to ensure continuity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
The IBHS Supervisor will :
Ensure that company's IBHS program and documentation is in compliance with all agency, MCO, county, state and federal regulations
Review referrals and assign cases to IBHS team members
Collaborate with other systems to ensure effective program intervention, including CUA's, therapeutic foster care agencies, DHS, schools and other treatment providers
Manage crises in the absence of IBHS team members
Ensure timeliness and appropriateness of the documentation and necessary paperwork related to all case activity of his / her supervisees
Complete clinical paperwork and documentation of all clinical work in a timely fashion
Complete documentation as required using electronic files and mobile office, within required timelines
Participate in the development and provision of staff training
Assist in problem solving discrepancies with documentation and claims
Identify ways of dealing with individuals and groups, programming and staffing concerns, and other issues as necessary
Monitor workforce member / program expenditures
Communicate and implement departmental policies and procedures
Provide feedback and suggestions regarding policy development to IBHS Administrative or Clinical Director
Initiate work with the Quality Assurance Manager and the Director of Behavioral Health Services program improvement, including development, revision and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
Communicate and respond effectively with other departments regarding mutual concerns
Be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide consultation during crises
Attend all mandatory State, County, Managed Care, and Certification trainings required

Provide and document supervision of the Behavior Specialists and Mobile Therapists to include :
minimum of one hour of supervision of two times a month
Provide and document a minimum of individual face-to-face supervision per month for all IBHS direct staff
Provide and document a minimum of thirty minutes of direct observation of services being provided by each IBHS every quarter
Conduct case reviews and document for each IBHS workforce member, which includes interventions being implemented, Resiliency Plan implementation status, adjustments needed to Resiliency Plan, and workforce member's skill in implementing Resiliency Plan interventions
Provide and document supervision of the Behavioral Health Technicians to include :
Six hours of onsite supervision during the provision of services to the child / youth prior to them providing services independently
minimum of one hour of supervision each week for workforce members assigned 37.5 hours per week or one hour twice per month if assigned less than 37.5 hours per week
Provide and document a minimum of individual face-to-face supervision per month for all IBHS direct staff
Provide and document a minimum of thirty minutes of direct observation of services being provided by each IBHS every quarter
Conduct case reviews and document, which includes interventions being implemented, Resiliency Plan implementation status, adjustments needed to Resiliency Plan, and workforce member's skill in implementing Resiliency Plan interventions
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
IBHS Clinical Supervisor must meet one of the following :
Master's degree from an accredited college, university or foreign equivalent in one of the following disciplines : psychology, ABA, social work, education or related field, that includes a
clinical or mental health direct service practicum and a minimum of one year of full-time experience providing direct behavioral health services to children / youth or one of the following
Licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as :
Psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker
Certified registered nurse practitioner and have a mental health certification
Social worker with a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum

The workforce member must be at least 21 years of age, free of communicable diseases as verified by a physician's statement prior to beginning the duties of this position, have Criminal, Child Abuse and FBI clearances completed within the last year and basic computer skills and knowledge.
The workforce member will have access to a personal vehicle to be used for transportation purposes during work; will possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license (unless living in another state during the employment period), vehicle registration, car insurance, have a safe driving record and will demonstrate safe driving skills while driving for work purposes.
temporary exception regarding the PA license can be made for those who are coming from another state and require time to apply for a PA license or if a driver's license is not held or required by their position.
