Title: Instrumentation and Controls/Electrical Supervisor

Description:
• The Instrumentation and Controls/Electrical Supervisor will oversee and assess system conditions, identifying deficiencies and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Responsibilities include using standard software tools to enhance system performance and reliability, contributing to project planning, supporting major component overhauls, performing root cause analysis for outages, and interfacing with equipment and service providers.
• This role also involves maintaining design documentation, generating reports for capital planning, and facilitating effective communication among internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
• A minimum of 5 years' technical supervisory or engineering experience in projects, planning, and administration.
• In-depth knowledge of plant control system design, operations, maintenance, and testing within industries such as utilities, oil & gas, or marine propulsion.
• Experience with systems including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Building Management Systems (BMS), low voltage electrical systems, and motor control centers (MCCs).
• Proficiency in equipment sizing, analysis calculations, lifecycle management, protection schemes, and programming.
• Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and specifications.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team motivation and supervision.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience supervising unionized teams.
• Familiarity with standards and procedures for design, construction, and operations in industrial environments.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $115500K-$165000K
