Description:
* The Network System Administrator is responsible for implementing and supporting complex communication systems using pre-approved infrastructure plans.
* The role requires collaboration with project delivery teams to ensure successful programming and system integration.
* This individual will directly support business-driven initiatives and work closely with leadership to manage progress, resolve issues, and maintain technical documentation.
* The position also provides technical guidance and local support for a variety of integrated voice and network solutions in an enterprise setting.
Required Skills:
* 7 years of experience in enterprise telecommunication systems and support
* Deep experience with call management, voice routing, and communication management platforms
* Extensive hands-on background in contact center environments
* Practical experience supporting large-scale voice-over-IP (VoIP) systems, including call control, session management, and endpoint configurations
* Familiarity with VoIP protocols, such as SIP and H.323, and traditional trunking methods
* Experience configuring emergency communication systems
* Strong knowledge of telephony systems design, implementation, and maintenance procedures
* Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities, with attention to detail and priority management
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a collaborative, distributed team environment
* Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as project needs arise
* Ability to learn new technologies quickly and support team development
Desired Skills:
* Familiarity with systems architecture, interactive voice response, call recording, and computer-telephony integration
* Background in large-scale enterprise voice environments
* Advanced knowledge of multi-layered network environments
* Understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP
* Experience with customer service and issue escalation in high-pressure environments
Compensation:
Pay Range: $48.87-$69.81 Per Hr
