Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to support document printing, preparation, and shipment processes.
This role involves operating digital printing and mailing equipment, verifying and packaging materials, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of client requests.
Responsibilities :
Operate printing and mailing equipment to produce and prepare documents for shipment.
Assemble digital packages with inserts and additional materials as needed.
Verify and log shipments in courier systems, ensuring compliance with delivery specifications.
Maintain inventory of supplies for printing and duplication processes.
Adhere to time-sensitive delivery schedules and client requirements.
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents.
Organize and sort materials based on predefined guidelines such as alphabetical order or distribution lists.
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Required Skills :
Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and remain seated or standing for extended periods.
Proficient in written and verbal communication for interaction with team members and clients.
Knowledge of printing services and familiarity with office equipment operations.
Attention to detail for verifying, documenting, and bundling materials.
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and follow predefined processes.
Desired Skills :
Familiarity with courier systems and shipping procedures.
Basic PC skills and experience with postage meters or related equipment.
Compensation :
Pay Range : $13-$18 / Hr
