- The position involves troubleshooting general business applications and proprietary systems through phone and chat support.
- Agents will support up to two clients simultaneously via chat. Providing exceptional customer care is a top priority.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and accurately document tickets for escalation to second-line teams when first-line resolution is not achievable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. On-the-job technical training will be provided, supplemented with real-time support from peers and subject matter experts.
