We are seeking an experienced UX / UI App Designer specializing in financial services to enhance digital banking and financial technology experiences.
This role focuses on designing intuitive, secure, and innovative digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of financial institutions and their customers.
Required Skills :
Proven experience in designing user-centered digital financial applications.
Strong knowledge of UX / UI principles, particularly in financial services technology.
Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar platforms.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing specific to financial applications.
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive design solutions.
Strong communication skills for articulating design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage design projects from inception to launch.
Familiarity with digital security best practices in financial services.
Desired Skills :
Understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance in digital design.
Experience designing for accessibility standards in financial applications.
Proficiency in developing and managing design systems.
Knowledge of data visualization techniques for financial information.

Compensation : Pay Range : $135000K-$150000K
