Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall usability of our products. Your expertise in visual design and user experience principles will be essential in delivering high-quality designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Balsamiq, UXPin, and Omnigraffle.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Design visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines while enhancing user experience.
- Analyze data to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement in the design.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
- Work with content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress to implement designs effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with RESTful development practices is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret user feedback and analytics for informed design decisions.
- Experience with tools such as Balsamiq, Drupal, WordPress, Omnigraffle, and UXPin is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
