Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating molding and assembly machines, as well as performing manual assembly duties, all while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate molding and assembly machines efficiently and safely.
- Perform manual assembly duties with precision.
- Ensure product quality at your workstation.
- Arrive at your workstation five minutes before your shift to ensure a seamless transition.
- Communicate effectively with incoming and outgoing shifts for smooth handovers.
- Read and comprehend operator instructions thoroughly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Ability to take and follow instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with Kanban/labelling requirements.
- Skill in identifying basic molding defects (e.g., sink, flash).
- No color vision deficiencies.
- Excellent motor skills and dexterity.
- Understanding of key Quality & Environmental Management Systems related to your role.
