- Transportation to and from work, medical appointments and leisure activities.
- Weekly meal planning, shopping and food preparation.
- Staff Supervision:
- Supervising and directing staff to ensure they provide quality care and support to residents.
- Providing training, guidance, and support to staff.
- Managing staff schedules and addressing personnel issues.
- Home Management:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the home, including maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Ensuring that all necessary services and supports are provided to resident.
- Monitoring and evaluating the physical operation and maintenance of the setting.
- Managing the household budget, stocking supplies, ensuring healthy meals are prepared and household cleaning schedule is performed daily.
