Key Responsibilities:

• Resident Care:
• Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of client.
• Monitoring and addressing resident needs, including medical, behavioral, and personal care.
• Supporting client's interests and choices to help them lead fulfilling lives.
• Transportation to and from work, medical appointments and leisure activities.
• Weekly meal planning, shopping and food preparation.
• Staff Supervision:
• Supervising and directing staff to ensure they provide quality care and support to residents.
• Providing training, guidance, and support to staff.
• Managing staff schedules and addressing personnel issues.
• Home Management:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the home, including maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Ensuring that all necessary services and supports are provided to resident.
• Monitoring and evaluating the physical operation and maintenance of the setting.
• Managing the household budget, stocking supplies, ensuring healthy meals are prepared and household cleaning schedule is performed daily.
• Communication:
• Acting as a liaison between staff, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining clear and effective communication within the home and with external agencies.
• Documentation:
• Maintaining accurate records of resident care and staff activities.

July 2026 a fulltime, live in supervisor position will become available. Hours and pay rate will adjust at that time.. This is a private ALL MALE home for an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. WE are only able to employ men in this home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• Overnight shift

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
