Your expertise in garden maintenance, lawn care, tree care, and irrigation will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers in various tasks including lawn care, tree care, and garden maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee the irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Train team members on best practices for landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and tools used for landscaping tasks, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew, providing feedback and guidance as necessary.
- Assist with hands-on tasks as needed to support the crew during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising teams within the landscaping or groundskeeping industry.
- Strong knowledge of gardening techniques, lawn care practices, tree care, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
