Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Leader to oversee our landscaping and groundskeeping teams. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of groundskeeping staff in various landscaping tasks.
- Plan and execute lawn care activities, including mowing, trimming, and fertilization.
- Oversee landscape maintenance projects, including planting, pruning, mowing, mulching, and leaf removal as our core services.
- Build strong relationships with team members to promote teamwork and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices in all operations.
- Train new employees on proper landscaping techniques and equipment usage.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or concerns to management.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is a must.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of groundskeeping practices is a must.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
