Role Overview:As an Account Executive at Miter, you will be at the frontline of our go-to-market engine. You will be responsible for absorbing our growing inbound & partner lead volume, building a direct relationship with specific channel partners, and establishing a repeatable, successful sales process to be followed by future hires. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern, industry-leading HCM products for the Construction industry.
Miter has hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where our teams collaborate in person three days a week. If you’re based in Chicago, Denver, Nashville, or Seattle, this role is fully remote, allowing you to work flexibly while being part of our growing team.
Manage and drive sales processes for complex products (payroll, benefits, accounting integrations, prevailing wage fringe offsets, labor compliance, etc.)
Drive sales processes with C-Suite stakeholders at mid-market speciality subcontractors (e.g., ~50-500 employees)
Develop and implement a scalable sales process for future hires
Build strong relationships with core regional channel partners
Attend industry conferences and represent Miter within relevant industry associations
Proven ability to drive sales processes and exceed quota selling complex products
Successful track record in commanding the room with C-Suite stakeholders
Experience in Construction or selling to mid-market speciality contractors

Compensation Range: $150K - $180K
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
