While there are several causes of construction’s malaise, at Miter we’re focused on a simple one : contractors need better tools to build high-performing teams. Although many industries have enthusiastically adopted HCMs like ADP, Rippling, and Paylocity, construction has not.
There’s a simple reason : the “traditional” HCMs don’t understand the nuances of construction, resulting in fragmented systems, manual data entry, and inaccurate payroll and reporting.
At Miter we're leveraging recent breakthroughs in payments technology to build world-class HR, compliance, and financial software for construction firms. Miter brings onboarding, timesheets, payroll, labor compliance, and spend management into one platform, enabling our customers to save time, bid on more projects, and grow their businesses.
