Job Title: Senior, Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Relocation assistance offered)

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 plus bonus and benefits

Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing

Position Overview:

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will develop, execute, measure, and optimize effective digital marketing and content strategies that align with Mito Red Light’s business objectives. This role will focus on driving digital campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, brand website CRO, email, and more. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic lead, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for social media, SEO, SEM, email, and website.
• Lead cross-platform campaigns ranging from brand awareness to product launches and conversion-driven efforts.
• Ensure consistency across all digital assets including the brand website, social channels, email, and retailer websites.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage and optimize digital projects.
• Set KPIs and work with the Director of Marketing to measure and optimize paid campaigns.
• Manage content creation timelines, ensuring that all brand teams are updated on progress.
• Lead enhanced content creation for eCommerce platforms such as Amazon.
• Own and manage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Triple Whale and SEMrush to improve online user experiences and ad performance.
• Help manage website content through Shopify platform.
• Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, including A/B testing and user experience enhancements, to improve website performance and drive sales.
• Analyze user behavior, traffic, and conversion data to identify areas for optimization and ensure continuous improvement.
• Oversee SEO strategy and implement best practices using tools like SEMrush or Moz.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business goals and digital execution.
• Helping and strategizing with Amazon manager regarding ads.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 4 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, and analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of SEM, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
• Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including A/B testing, user experience analysis, and optimization tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Triple Whale, and SEMrush.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing complex digital marketing projects and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking for platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Amazon, and Pinterest.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work across creative and business teams.
