Mitotec Precision seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and install mechanical components, including pumps, valves, regulators, filters, and ball screws, to enable operators to run production effectively.
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned machines to optimize up-time and reliability, supporting team goals.
- Carry out emergency repairs on all production and facility equipment to maintain production flow and meet customer commitments.
- Manage inventory levels of supplies, materials, and parts to minimize interruptions in operations.
- Communicate regularly with colleagues on work status, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year technical diploma as a Maintenance Technician a plus.
- 2-5 years' experience in maintaining and repairing manual and/or CNC machines.
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma controls preferred.
- 2-3 years' experience in Facility Maintenance, with 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
- CNC Machining experience a plus, but not required.
- Welding skills are a plus.
