Job Purpose
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas : Recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, benefits administration, policy implementation, training, affirmative action, workers compensation, HRIS systems, succession planning and employment law compliance.
