As an Senior HR Generalist at Principle Strategies, you will be a vital partner in delivering comprehensive HR support to our clients. In this role, you may work onsite with clients, building strong relationships with both management and employees to address their HR needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include talent acquisition support, fostering positive employee relations, conducting impactful training sessions, and providing HR guidance to drive the success of our clients and our organization. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by serving as a trusted resource and advocate for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the facilitator of the onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into their roles and the company culture.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Coordinate and support in administering training sessions, information presentations and workshops to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Provide advice and support on various HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- Facilitates investigations and resolve employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Support HR Leadership with employee administration, and communication, ensuring competitive offerings and addressing employee inquiries.
- Conduct HR-related reporting, analysis and presentations, including workforce planning, diversity initiatives, and key HR metrics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Leads various HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, HR process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
- Other duties are assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work on-site at client's office if needed .
- May require occasional travel within Virginia.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- 3 years of human resources experience
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with our clients and HR Leadership
- A passion for learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
