What You’ll Do
- Analyze and report sales volumes relative to budgets, and forecasts.
- Create and distribute weekly performance dashboards.
- Monitor price and cost variances to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with Sales to provide cost and profit analysis for materials.
- Support technical development efforts with material costings.
- Prepare annual budgets, monthly cash flow forecasts, and freight analyses.
- Maintain Drive key processes like month-end close and index-based pricing updates in SAP.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA is a plus).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools.
- Cost accounting knowledge is a bonus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
