Position Overview:
At Mitsubishi HC Capital America, Inc. (MHCA), the Salesforce Project Leader is responsible for the success of projects and clients, and they act as a business consultant, project manager, and technical expert. The Salesforce Project Leader will combine technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills to ensure that Salesforce implementations align with organizational goals.
As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for planning, maintaining accountability, and managing resources to deliver a project successfully for our stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end project management and ownership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement Salesforce related projects.
- Build, maintain, and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Agree on project objectives and measures of success, including time and budget, for a Salesforce project.
- Responsible for planning, allocating tasks, and executing the projects at hand.
- Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, and realign schedules and expectations as needed.
- Manage client expectations.
- Deliver practical solutions on time and on budget.
- Manage project teams including software developers. Lead and guide technical staff, and act as a liaison between them and senior management.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and know how to say things the right way.
- Identify risks and issues so we prevent “fires” before they occur.
- Work with agile and other methodologies.
- Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and key stakeholders.
- Helping identify and implement process improvements, so we improve our current processes and not repeat the same mistakes.
- Identify and resolve project issues quickly or escalate as appropriate.
- Conduct post-project evaluations.
- Review, analyze and evaluate business requirements to design the most appropriate technology solutions.
- Present potential technical solutions to MHCA leadership and business leaders on the technical and business value of proposed solutions.
- Keep up to date on latest technologies, standards, and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment in financial services.

- Must be creative, curious, and energized when designing and executing process optimization.
- Handle other duties, responsibilities and special projects as assigned or needed.

Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial leasing, and/or other financial application systems.
- Equipment Finance knowledge would be a bonus.
- 5 years working on implementation of the Salesforce.com application.
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to influence groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner without direct authority.
- Firm understanding of SFDC infrastructure and configuration in Sales Cloud.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to reason about complex problems and provide clear solutions.
- Exposure to a variety of technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles, database design, application & web servers.
Desired qualifications:
- Service Cloud Experience.
- Experience/Community cloud experience a bonus.
- Marketing cloud experience a bonus.
- Expertise with any Marketing automation tool, Conga, DocuSign and AppExchange Products.
- 3 years of Salesforce.com administration and customization.
- Advanced level of proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards.
- One or More SFDC Certifications demonstrating current knowledge as an administrator.
- SFDC Administrator and Advanced Administrator Certifications.

Working Hours:
- Hours may vary and will require some evening work; frequently requires working 40-45 hours/week depending on business needs.

- Light lifting and carrying of supplies, files, etc.

The position is (exempt) and the salary will be between $136,500.00 and $175,000.00 with an opportunity to earn (a discretionary annual bonus).
The salary range is determined and based on internal equity, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, prior relevant experience and education.
