Summary
This key role provides vision, direction and oversight for all ERP systems (SAP S4 Hana) development and performance. This individual will be the site SME and have a comprehensive, working knowledge of S4 Hana and the structural relationships for all modules required to run a fully integrated business with optimum efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with departments standard procedures.
- Owns and coordinates all ERP/IT activities
- Collects all business requirements and Ensures coordination between business and SCM core team
- Supports UAT and DitL activities in the countries
- Leads all IT activities related to Master Data transfer in the area or Order Management & Direct Procurement, QA
- Contributes to define the scope of data migration objects, the profiling activities and data readiness assessment together with Global & Local Data Owners
- Architect, design, develop, improve, test and support ABAP software for SAP SCM-APO
- Requirements gathering, project planning and management, solution design, configuration and customization of SAP products
- Work directly with business stakeholders and executives across business units to develop and support business processes
- Orchestrate and deliver end to end aspects of solution delivery including configuration, cutover, and change management
- Understand business needs and lead thoughtful design discussions around meeting those business needs fully leveraging SAP standard product capabilities
- Develop and maintain architectural and design framework and work as part of a cross functional team to develop creative business solutions within that framework
- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for changes to SAP systems
- Perform configuration for SAP SCM/APO and manage interaction with other interfaced solutions
- Act as a liaison between the business and local IT to gather requirements and implement solutions for process improvements and new functionality
- Manage the development/configuration and maintenance of SAP QM, PE, PM, MM Modules system by conducting meetings with users to determine system requirements
- Experience using and/or integrating Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software such as Teamcenter or SAP PLM

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience configuring the SAP SCM module functions that support a global enterprise
- Engineering, Information systems or other technical degree - 4 year degree required
- Manufacturing business process background
- Knowledge of Quality Management ( SAP QM), Warehouse Management ( SAP WM), Plant Maintenance ( SAP PM), Track and Trace (ATTP)
- Knowledge on SAP S/4 HANA Solutions involving application of Mobility / Fiori Apps in the manufacturing domain
- Consulting experience in managing large Business Transformation and change engagements for the SAP Plant to Inventory / Supply Chain Management process streams
- Strong cross process stream integration skills
- Requirements management, change management, systems and process interactions/workflows, knowledge of new/emerging technologies, domain-specific technical knowledge, problem solving skills, understanding & application of broad business processes, understanding and application of the SDLC
- Deep customer service / technical services end-to-end business process knowledge
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to align program objectives with business goals and drive innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) and SAP certifications are highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability and willingness to work on-site

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
