About the role :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an ERP Data Migration Specialist. This role is critical in the context of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) migration project, where the specialist would be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the migration of data from legacy systems including Infor BPCS / LX and Dynamics AX to the new SAP system. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional process leads, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure accurate data cleansing, transformation, and loading into the SAP environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data migration, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you will do :
- Coordinate work with business data owners, process leads, IT managers, and other SMEs to identify, define, collate, document, and communicate current state of master and transactional datasets to be migrated.
- Plan and execute data profiling, cleansing, and transformation activities.
- Develop and implement validation and testing strategies to verify data correctness post-conversion.
- Collaborate closely with process teams to establish and enforce policies, standards, and rules for Master Data Governance

The pay for this position ranges from $94,129 to $110,397 annually. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and / or experience.
