Develops software solutions by studying business operations; designing, developing and installing systems that meet Logisnext needs; conferring with users; studying system flows, integrations, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle. This role also provides support for the current system landscape.
What You Will Do:
Hybrid Schedule In office Tuesday-Thursday. Remote work Monday and Friday.
10-15% of travel

What You Will Do:
- Leading technical aspect of approved projects (PM, Technical Requirements, Design, Development, Training, Deployment and Support) and owns delivering quality results to develop solutions using .NET Framework, C#, Java, etc.
- Support and enhance existing software as needed by troubleshooting, analyzing, conducting root cause analysis, and other means to solve problems and/or automate solid processes to remove inefficiencies.
- Initiating, researching and executing continuous improvement projects to remove waste and support the company's vision, mission, and values.
- Helps research new technologies and responsible for the architecture and implementation of critical software components

Qualifications
What you need to have:
- 7-10 Years of experience developing with extensive ERP experience and use of integration tools
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or similar field
- Proven experience development experience in . NET Framework, C#, Java, etc.
- Experience with test automation, continuous integration, change management and code reviews
- Contributing Team Member with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Ability to analyze information, design software, document solutions, perform testing
- Understand Software Development Fundamentals, SD Life Cycle, and Functional/Technical Requirements gathering
- Understand Application Architecture, and Project Management
- Experience with SAP (S4 HANA) ERP Implementations & Integrations
- Experience with MS Dynamics, PowerBI, Jira, and DevOPS
- Knowledgeable of manufacturing
- Experience with Agile/Scrum practices
