Assistant Manager of Dining Administration

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assists Dining Admin Manager, Operation Manager/ Assistants to ensure all Restaurant business goals are met including operating cash-flow target and sales
• Aligns with Dining Admin Manager, Operation Manager to assist them to arrange and create work-schedule for Teppan and Shiki-sai.
• Assists Dining Admin Manager to align with Dining Operation Manager to collect Guests comments/ perspective and share to Chef, Sous-Chef for creating new menu/ updating existing menu.
• Assists Dining Admin Manager to create CR seminar presentation files to assist/ support Dining Operation Manager.
• Aligns with Operation Admin/ PR and Dining Operation Manager to plan and promote sales. (Sales-Promotion, Social Media, etc)
• Collects guests information from Dining Operation Manager and devise the sales plan & strategy as following guests characteristics with Dining Operation Manager
• Collects points of monthly/ weekly/daily sales review, and share to Dining Admin Manager.
• Communicate with Chef/ Sous-Chef/ Executive Chef, Dining Operation Manager and find the best way to achieve sales/ gross-profit target with Dining Admin Manager.
• Support operation of Dining when to be needed.
• Other duties related to Dining as assigned.
