SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our Resort. Qualified candidates will enjoy working in a busy environment, have integrity, demonstrate honesty, dependability, a positive attitude and have a pleasant manner. This is a "Hands-on" Management position, must be a dedicated and reliable person with proven Maintenance management skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Management/Supervising experience required.
- Property management skills experience.
- Directs the day-to- day operations of the maintenance staff and resort needs.
- Responsible for maintenance and repair work for Mittersill property, rooms, units, grounds and public areas.
- General maintenance and repair, fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, buildings, schedules and directs the on-going renovation programs.
- Experience with painting, repair flooring, janitorial work, lawn/snow maintenance, work on carpentry, building, plumbing, electrical and heating systems.
- Respond quickly and troubleshoot using necessary tools.
- The job requires both indoor and outdoor work, and sometimes lifting heavy loads.
- This position supports the Resort Management in maintaining the property assets to the highest level by providing direction and supervision to the various 24 hour shift coverage of maintenance staff.
- Monitoring various aspects of the day to day operations, preparing reports related to department operations, assisting in staffing, training, evaluating performance and monitoring all PM programs for property.
- This position responds to after-hour emergency calls; requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include am/pm shifts, weekends and holidays.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
