We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our Resort. Mittersill Alpine Resort is an independent NH business, and a busy, year-round Family vacation resort.
The right candidate is and all around hands-on manager that is a dedicated and reliable person with proven maintenance, property management skills and experience. Enjoys people, likes working with others, and will be a positive and contributing member of the team. Qualified candidates will enjoy working in a busy environment, have integrity, demonstrate honesty, dependability, a positive attitude and have a pleasant manner.
This position supports the Resort Management in maintaining the property assets to the highest level by providing direction and supervision to the various 24 hour shift coverage of maintenance staff, monitoring various aspects of the day to day operations, preparing reports related to department operations, assisting in staffing, training, evaluating performance and monitoring all PM programs for property. This position responds to after-hour emergency calls; requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include am/pm shifts, weekends and holidays.
Directs the day-to- day operations of the maintenance staff and resort needs. Responsible for maintenance and repair work for Mittersill property, rooms, units, grounds and public areas. General maintenance and repair, fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, buildings, schedules and directs the on-going renovation programs. Experience with painting, repair flooring, janitorial work, lawn/snow maintenance, work on carpentry, building, plumbing, electrical and heating systems. As well as respond quickly and troubleshoot using necessary tools. The job requires both indoor and outdoor work, and sometimes lifting heavy loads.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
