Territory- Northern California
Compensation Information
Base : $95-100K based on experience
Commission Year One : 30% “On target”. Uncapped so opportunity to earn more.
Total Expected Comp Year One : $124,000-143,000
Total Expected Comp Year 2-3 : $150-200K based on performance

Miura America is actively seeking a Sales Engineer to be based out of our San Francisco CA office.
The position requires at least 5 years of technical sales experience and a background in industrial or commercial steam boiler / HVAC sales and / or mechanical / electrical / chemical selling. You will manage sales cycles that can last up to 2 years or longer. You will be responsible for pursuing leads on your own as well as following up on leads provided by the marketing department. Knowledge of governmental emissions regulations is extremely helpful. Participation in regional and national trade shows and conferences is required. Strong computer skills are required. Willing to travel 67% of the time, mostly in California and surrounding area. Comfortable driving long distance, as long as 7 hours in one day sometimes.
Purpose of position :
To sell Company's products and services that meet or exceed sales goals for this position. Responsible for developing, prospecting and maintaining relationships with customers in order to sell our products and services. Must a have a professional sales background as well as a technical background.
