Responsibilities :
- Test and troubleshoot NGxP Probes, cMME, and 5G, 4G LTE call flows and protocols.
- Perform live troubleshooting and provide lab support for real-time issues.
- Utilize simulator tools to generate traffic and validate system functionality.
- Create, document, and maintain detailed test cases and test plans.
- Upload and manage test cases in JIRA.
- Execute test cycles and ensure adherence to testing standards.
- Open, document, and track defects, capturing console logs and attaching them to tickets.
- Host bug triage calls, prioritize defects, and facilitate resolutions.
- Maintain and update dashboards with test progress and defect statuses.
- Generate and send detailed test reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability and quality.
