Job Summary

The Service Business Analyst (SBA) is responsible for assessing the service business, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and recommending solutions for improvement areas. Their duties include analyzing financial reports, service process data and operating procedure requirements, strategizing ideas to improve the business operations, and meeting with company leadership and other stakeholders to provide suggestions based on their analysis. The SBA provides input into the quarterly DASH meetings and reports performance against benchmarked targets. The SBA will focus their analysis in areas which will produce improvement in the service business. The SBA will be r eviewing and analyzing data for trends to support strategic initiatives and to drive the decision-making with facts. The SBA will use all available data sources including the ERP/CRM systems (SAP, SFDC, and CRM/ServiceMax) data to build analytical reporting tools and data models to support the business. The SBA will effectively manage project implementation and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, encourage teamwork, customer engagement, develop and manage processes to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction in all areas of support of an efficient and effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Analyze service business and connected departments costs for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop data models to predict performance of the service business
• Develop and maintain performance Dashboards in the Qlik reporting tool
• Interact with entities across the organization; ensuring cross functional communication and workflow is positive, interactive, efficient, and effective.
• Run reports in appropriate data systems to identify areas of improvement: incorrect shipment, order entry errors, etc.
• Provide frequent and timely information to team members.
• Develop and recommend improvements to systems, processes, and procedures to increase productivity.
• Manage special projects as assigned.
• Understand, follow, and support Mizuho OSI’s internal Quality System policies, procedures and work instructions including but not limited to applicable external regulations (21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 820 Quality System Regulations and applicable International Standards).
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience and education – as outlined below, per job level.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of CRM/Sales Force.com
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP desired
• Working knowledge of Business Analytic tools such as Qlik desired
• Understanding of process analysis tools such as DMIAC and SIPOC desired
• Superuser of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience and education – as outlined below, per job level.
• Knowledge of medical device industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work with a professional and positive attitude to improve and embrace processes.
• Experience building strong working relationships both internally and externally, and quickly establishing trust and credibility.

Salary: $66,000 - $75,000 and MBO Bonus
