Key Account Manager Overview- Oversee and directly coordinate with key accounts installation questions, offline issues and any issues relating to chain pharmacy and other key digital accounts

Key Account Manager Overview- Oversee and directly coordinate with key accounts installation questions, offline issues and any issues relating to chain pharmacy and other key digital accounts
- Key responsibilities (job duties)-
- Organize and maintain onboarding checklist
- Coordinate and facilitate kick off calls between client and operations team
- Organize reporting of installation process with client contact
- Oversee site surveys
- Review with account for approval
- Resolve survey issues to push the site to installation
- Facilitate installation issues with the ops team
- Ensure successful screen installation process
- Facilitate relationship with content team
- Regular follow up with key contacts as set by leadership and key account (cadence to be set by each account with a minimum annual business review)
- Recommend process changes to leadership if a more efficient means of taking care of your responsibilities is discovered.
- Support team in pitching new accounts as needed. (Pre-onboarding calls, operational voice if needed)
- Other responsibilities as assigned by manager
- Qualifications-
- Minimum of 3 years proven project management
- Bachelor’s degree in business and or marketing
- Computer efficiency with Microsoft Office (emphasis on expert level Excel skills), strong Salesforce experience preferred
- Good team player with desire to work collaboratively with operations and management
- Self-motivated, energetic and creative
- Strong communication skills; both verbally and in writing
- Excellent attention to detail

- Job location- Carrollton, TX (Hybrid schedule- 3 days in office, 2 remote)
