Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for audiovisual technology.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate audio and video equipment including microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Troubleshoot technical issues with audiovisual systems
- Assist in the installation, operation, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment
- Follow schematics and technical drawings to perform maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with clients to meet their audiovisual needs
Experience
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting related to audiovisual systems
- Experience with cabling and wiring installations
- Familiarity with hand tools for equipment assembly and disassembly
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for audiovisual systems
- Experience in telecommunication systems is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
