Responsibilities :
Quality Management Coordinator is responsible for p erforming chart auditing and focus studies, assisting the Director of Quality Management with the analysis and dissemination of data, participating in Quality Improvement activities & programs in hospice and organization, QAPI Committee and RCAs. Participates in CMS mandated Quality reporting HIS & CAHPS. Maintaining current knowledge of regulatory bodies and standards related to Hospice delivery of services and educates staff regarding quality improvement, regulatory and accrediting body issues. Three days a week M-W-F can be flexible 9am to 5pm. It is hybrid 1 day a week in the office.
