Job Description
Our client is seeking a strong Hospice experienced candidate with Quality Management background for its Quality Management Coordinator position.
Responsibilities
The Quality Management Coordinator performs designated functions to implement the QM programs of the Hospice Agencies.
The Coordinator evaluates medical record documentation for compliance with internal Hospice policies and develops tools and conducts focus audits to evaluate medical records for quality-of-care deficiencies and compliance with the Medicare / Medicaid Conditions of participation.
The Quality Management Coordinator also produces reports based on identified indicators from audits and assists Hospice Leadership with evaluation and trending of occurrence reports, complaints, and risk management issues.
Requirements
Must be licensed RN in NYS.
