What are the responsibilities and job description for the SMT Operator - 1st Shift position at MJS Designs?

At our Phoenix, AZ location, this 1st Shift Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machine operator is responsible for programming / operating stencil printers, automated pick and place machines and re-flow ovens. Attention to detail is required.
This is a direct hire from the company, not contract or temp to permanent.
Looking for full-time candidates with great attitudes and work ethic. Since on-the-job training is provided, no previous experience is required. However, experience with Philips/Assembleon/Yamaha surface mount machines, DEK stencil printers, and BTU reflow ovens will be a plus. The training for this position will take place during first shift, once that training program is completed, the job will be second shift hours (6am - 2:30pm or 4:30pm during overtime). Some Saturdays required.
