Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hydrographic Surveyor Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for conducting land and marine surveys and preparing reports on property boundaries.
Duties
- Utilize surveying equipment such as Carlson, Trimble, and 3D scanners to measure and map the land
- Conduct field surveys to identify property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information
- Prepare detailed survey reports and drawings using software like Revit, AutoCAD, and GIS
- Collaborate with civil engineers and architects to ensure accurate survey data for construction projects
- Utilize mathematical principles and geometry to analyze survey data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Certification in THSOA or PE
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software such as Carlson, Trimble, AutoCAD, Revit, and GIS
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and analysis
- Experience with 3D scanning technology is a plus
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to land surveying
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
