Duties

- Carry out floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for clients.
- Provide carpet cleaning services using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms by sanitizing fixtures and surfaces.
- Assist with light cooking duties when required by clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained in good working order.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service roles will be beneficial for interacting with clients effectively.
- Knowledge of custodial practices or hotel housekeeping standards is a plus.
- A strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
