Our client is seeking a  Director of Account Management  to lead its  US office and  oversee strategy, business development, and operational excellence. This pivotal role will shape the company’s presence in the US market and ensure seamless collaboration with headquarters to achieve our global objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership  – Spearhead the growth and expansion of our US operations, developing strategies to strengthen our market presence and drive revenue.
  • Business Development  – Identify and secure new business opportunities, fostering key partnerships to grow our client base.
  • Client Success  – Ensure top-tier service delivery to US clients, maintaining strong relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management  – Oversee daily business functions, optimizing workflows and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Team Building  – Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing US-based team while fostering collaboration with headquarters.
  • Financial Oversight  – Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability for the US branch.
  • Market Expansion  – Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive insights to inform business strategies.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of leadership experience  in the technology or software development industry.
  • Proven track record in  business development, sales, and client management  within the US market.
  • Strong  strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
  • Ability to lead and manage  remote, cross-functional teams .
  • Deep understanding of  software development processes, project management, and client expectations .
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in  Computer Science or a related field .
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with  offshore teams  and managing international business operations.
  • Strong knowledge of the  US tech industry, market trends, and customer needs .
  • Familiarity with  Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies .
