Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Admin to join their team. This role provides vital administrative and clerical support to our Acquisition and Operations teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Acquisition and Operations teams.
- Answer incoming calls and manage internal and external communication.
- Arrange meetings, calls, and maintain updated calendars.
- Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring proper execution and reconciliation.
- Reconcile credit card statements against expense reports, ensuring accuracy in work purchases.
- Prioritize and resolve conflicting issues, ensuring timely completion of projects under tight deadlines.
- Prepare, organize, and disseminate materials for meetings, while maintaining regular communication with clients and support teams.
- Serve as a backup for other administrative assistants, including tasks like answering the main phone line, greeting visitors, and receiving packages.
- Assist in coordinating company events, with onsite participation as needed.
- Open and sort mail and handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
