Looking for a proactive and results-oriented Strategic Account Manager to join their team to strengthen relationships with current clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Success requires excellent communication and collaboration with clients, internal operations, and field technicians to ensure seamless service delivery. This position involves up to 80% overnight travel per week.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support business growth (20%).
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand the company's client base (80%).
- Organize and deliver engaging client presentations, including Lunch and Learns.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
- Stay well-informed about the company’s full suite of products and services.
- Work closely with operations to ensure customer requirements, safety protocols, and training needs are met.
- Plan and coordinate customer engagement events such as golf outings or fishing tournaments.
- Provide support for field technicians at customer sites when needed.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and service excellence.
- Frequent overnight travel required (up to 80% per week).
