MK2 Engineers is looking for a qualified AutoCAD/Revit Drafter Designer.
Desired Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of AutoCAD/Revit Drafting with Architectural or Engineering firm(s).
- A related degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, construction, or project management is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of developing construction documents with AutoCAD MEP/Revit.
- The ability to complete a set of construction documents, including details and specifications, is mandatory.
- Experience with Bluebeam software is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work well with others under deadline situations.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Proactive and innovative problem solver.
Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Ability to work closely with our design team to ensure effective project coordination.
- Produce drawings for as-builts as well as finished projects for permit and construction purposes.
- Conduct drawing reviews for completeness and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain project drawings, files, and related information.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and from marked-up prints, sketches, and instructions.
- Ability to create or modify mechanical, electrical, and architectural drawings.
- Responsible for printing, plotting, copying, and distributing engineering documents.
