Job Description:
We are seeking a highly-motivated mid-to-senior level Professional Engineer to join our team of multi-disciplinary engineers in the Dallas, Texas office. The successful candidate will conduct field investigations, perform failure/accident analysis for electrical equipment, and utilize construction knowledge and engineering principles to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Field work to document as-built conditions and damage to electrical systems and equipment.
- Evaluate design drawings and documentation.
- Utilize building codes, technical knowledge, and understanding of construction practices to establish repair scope recommendations.
- Communicate with clients, interface with code officials and contractors.
- Manage multiple project assignments, executing them on time and within budget.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program required.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas through NCEES examination. Multiple state registrations (or ability to obtain) a plus.
- Minimum 10 Years Electrical Engineering experience in design or other background that promotes an understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
