As a Service Desk Support Specialist , your primary role is to provide technical assistance and support to end-users within the organization. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, network systems, and other IT-related problems. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a customer-centric approach to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and inquiries.
What you'll do...
Technical Support :
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals
- Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions

The base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $64,999 per year. Please note that the compensation range reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, or bonuses this role may be eligible to receive. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by bona fide factors such as geographic work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
