Human Resources Specialist

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist, based in South Carolina, to join our partner’s rapidly growing team at their manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions at the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, salary processing, and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Factory Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit personnel for the factory.
• Manage personnel onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Calculate and process employee salaries.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Factory Director.

Qualifications:

• College degree or higher.
• Based in South Carolina.
• Strong understanding of human resources laws and policies in South Carolina.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources.
• Preferably experience within the chemical manufacturing or manufacturing industry.
