Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership :
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, from initial mobilization to project closeout.
- Develop and implement detailed site logistics plans, phasing strategies, and construction schedules tailored to life science, healthcare, or commercial facilities.
- Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
- Safety Management :
- Enforce strict adherence to company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and project-specific safety requirements.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and regular site inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
- Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Quality Assurance :
- Ensure all work meets project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Conduct inspections and oversee testing of critical systems, including cleanrooms, HVAC systems, and specialized laboratory equipment.
- Manage punch list and closeout activities to achieve a high-quality finished product.
- Schedule and Workflow Management :
