A Day in Your Life at MKS :
As an IT Department Intern, you will be a part of the global SAP Operations (SCM) team that provides support in broad area of processes management. For business processes you will be supporting internal team and interacting with business stakeholders to get the knowledge of the processes and create process flows in Celonis tool. For internal operational processes you will be supporting internal team with analyzing and providing reports, delivering the data related to our daily activities. In order to achieve this, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also learn the tools for reporting (Service NOW) and process flows (Celonis).
You Will Make an Impact By :
- Collaborating with the SAP Operations Team (internal and external) to provide reports (Service NOW or Excel) supporting daily tasks of the team.
- Identify and resolve data and reporting gap issues.
- Work on process flows in Celonis to support the SAP team in gathering data and creating data models in the tool.
- Conduct thorough testing of SAP applications, including unit testing and participation in system testing, to ensure high-quality and error-free code and configuration.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and updated data supporting daily activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of SAP projects and enhancements.
- Stay updated on the latest reporting technologies and methodologies and actively seek opportunities for data-driven activities.

Compensation and Benefits :
Hourly Pay Range : $21.00 to $26.00 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Benefits : MKS offers a benefits package for interns / co-ops working at least 20 hours per week, including 11 paid holidays, sick time, and 15 paid vacation days accrued on a biweekly basis.
The application period for the intern / co-op position is estimated to be through the end of March 2025; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates
