CHIEF ESTIMATOR– COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

Challenging projects.  Reachable clients.  Reliable processes.  Engaged, organized workspace.  Leadership Development.

The Estimating Team at Michael Kinder and Sons is looking for the successor to our Chief Estimator position.  This is a great opportunity for either an established Chief Estimator or a highly qualified Senior Estimator looking to grow into a department leader. A personalized learning plan will be established to meet learning needs including positional training from the current Chief Estimator and leadership training from the Chief Talent Officer.

The MKS Estimating Team is focused on preparing detailed estimates and proposals for negotiated and hard bid projects ranging from $100k to $100MM.   Projects from multiple industries, including universities to restaurants to industrial to nonprofit, etc., may include conceptional, schematic, design development, and construction document estimates. Senior Estimators who value client satisfaction rather than a race to the lowest bid would excel at Michael Kinder & Sons as MKS estimators do more than procure numbers; they educate owners to make sure they get the most out of their investment.
