Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails from new and existing clients in a professional, polite, and respectful manner.
- Manage job scheduling, type contracts, and coordinate material orders and deliveries with contractors.
- Keep the office organized and maintain records in our CRM system.
- Help with general administrative duties, such as invoicing, reporting, and maintaining client databases.
