Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails from new and existing clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner.
- Manage job scheduling, type contracts and coordinate material orders and deliveries with contractors.
- Maintain the office organization and ensure accurate records are kept in our CRM system.
- Provide administrative support, including invoicing, reporting and maintaining client databases.
Requirements
- Administrative experience, preferably in an executive or assistant role.
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Clerical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in roofing or siding industries.
- Spanish language skills.
- Bilingual capabilities.
