Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Non-QM Wholesale Account Executive to expand our broker network, drive loan production, and build lasting relationships with mortgage professionals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in wholesale mortgage lending, a deep understanding of Non-QM loan products, and a proven ability to develop and maintain broker relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, lenders, and industry professionals.
- Educate and train brokers on Non-QM products, guidelines, and lending solutions.
- Drive loan volume by promoting our Non-QM offerings and providing exceptional service.
- Manage the loan submission process, ensuring smooth communication between brokers and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market needs and product enhancements.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in wholesale mortgage lending, with a focus on Non-QM products.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Non-QM guidelines, DSCR, Bank Statement, Asset-Based, and Interest-Only loan products.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate new business, build broker relationships, and close deals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote or field-based role.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in loan origination systems (LOS), CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Licensing: NMLS license preferred but not required.
